Compliments of the guys over at AndrewTech, this is their transmission cocktail recipe for the Subaru 6 speeds which contains 2 quarts of Red Line Lightweight Shockproof and 2L of Motul Gear 300.
Directions: Drain transmission. Add in ALL of the Red Line Shockproof, top off until full with Motul Gear 300.
