The PERRIN Steering Dampener Lockdowns are designed to go over your factory steering rack rubber mounts, and reinforce them to give you a better steering feel, and better steering response. Installation requires that you remove the bolt holding the bushing in place, then placing the PERRIN Steering Dampener Lockdown over the bushing, and torque down.

Once installed you will have better steering, and overall better driver feedback.

Dampener lockout kit

Installation was fairly straightforward, easiest to jack the car up and install it from underneath. Difference in steering was slightly noticeable under daily driving.
