This alternator cover has been crafted from quality aluminum materials and features laser cut vents that provide optimal cooling to the alternator, as well as drive-by-cable dimples that are hidden on the bottom face for those that need cable mounts. Additionally, the cover has been powder-coated a nice black finish for extra protection against corrosion, and to add a cleaner look to the engine bay.
Grimspeed includes machined aluminum mounts, as well as the required hardware to make this alternator cover ready for the installation.
Please note Forester, Legacy, and Outbacks will require a purchase of an additional OEM Subaru bracket to ensure fitment. The bracket that is installed on those vehicles from the factory is not compatible with this Alternator Cover and a purchase of 23791AA002 bracket is required.
