Compliments of the guys over at AndrewTech, this is their transmission cocktail recipe for the Subaru 5 speeds which contains 3 quarts of Red Line Lightweight Shockproof and 1L of Motul Gear 300.

Directions: Drain transmission. Add in ALL of the Red Line Shockproof, top off until full with Motul Gear 300.
