Great customer service.

The RSI X Series Radiator Brace had one weld point that was a bit too big. When I messaged the owner Nick Triggiano, he offered me a replacement brace that he said he’d ship next day but I declined and told him I’d grind the weld down in order for the bolt to properly thread in and sit flush. He gave me a partial refund of the inconvenience and then informed his supplier of the defect and checked all his inventory for the same defect.
