For you 04+ STI owners looking for improvements in the shifter throw, the Kartboy unit will reduce movement by 40% providing a noticeable difference and a solid feel. Also note that your shift knob height will be reduced by 1” as well. Constructed from CNC and TIG welded 4130 Cr-Mo steel, these can be installed on average about 30 minutes with simple hand tools.
