Allows for an easy pathway to route cables, wires, and hoses between your engine bay and interior. This makes for a more professional and organized installation when installing your gauges.
When you install your wires to connect whatever sensors you have through to your gagues on your dash, you will have to get them through the firewall somehow. Without the PERRIN Firewall Grommet, the wires can rub against sharp metal edges in the firewall, causing them to wear through. Keep solid and clean connections with the PERRIN Firewall Grommet.
